Step 1: Go to Dashboard > Design
Below page will appear:

Step 2: Click on Add a Gadget ( left top with blue color font)
Below page will appear:

Step 3: Select Blog List (Below Poll above Link List)
Below page will appear:

Step 4: Click on Add a blog to your list (in the white box below)
Below page will appear:

It will by default select Add by URL (this is only if you wants to link with a url)
If you wants to select a blog that you are following, continue with step 5.
Step 5: Select Blogs I'm following (a list of blog that you are currently following will appear as above pic)

Step 6: Tick/Select the blog that you wants it to appear at your page (example as below)

Step 7: Click Save button. Then you will be back on the design page (in case u already forget, below page)

Step 8: Click preview button. (top Right) below page will appear:

Look at exactly left bottom (in the above photo) or any place that you have selected in the design template for the list of Blog/URL that you have selected to appear in ur blog.

Step 9: Go back to Design Page...and click SAVE (the orange button)
