I took this valuable opportunity to get my blog living again. Yes, during the lunch break, I update my blog. Yesterday, we had a very nice talk from a property millionaire - Azizi Ali. Give us a wake up call on every single little things that we do in our life.
And the most important is, try to grab the opportunity. Yeah, it comes once in a time. But it will comes again another time. Grab it now, or later, doesn't matter. Just think very wisely before you make any decision, especially a decision that very important in your life.
Hopefully, Azizi Ali don't mind if I share few tips from him here. 6 questions that you need to ask yourself before involved/ invest in anything:
- WHY ARE YOU MAKING THIS INVESTMENT?
- HOW LONG CAN YOU KEEP IT?
- DOES IT TIE-IN WITH YOUR RESOURCES?
- CAN YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT?
- CAN YOU SELL IT AT PROFIT?
- i forget the 6th one...
Plus, where to put your money? The second item would be nice:
- ASB
- KOPETRO
- PROPERTY
- GOLD
Well, I just registered KOPETRO and now, looking forward to invest my EPF in ASB.
# He was broke during his first 4 years working, and now, a millionaire ... (i was broke too...i will be a millionaire too?)

there r maybe differences in opinion, but we have been taught to avoid any syubhah matters. myself personally have doubt on ASB in term of their islamic compliance, hence, although the return maybe high, the barakah is more important. after all, Allah's blessing is what we r looking for, kan..
