bye year 2007

malam ni aku akan gi tgk wayang.kira this is the final post untuk 2007.lepas jam 12MN, 2008 masuk. bertambah lagi angka dalam umor aku...dah suke abad.hehehe.untuk azam tahun depan...tunggu dulu.baru aku perasan, tahun 2007 aku takde azam.hehehe.tak la pelik mana pun.biasa2 jeh.aku tak rasa aku sorg jeh yang takde azam. tapi untuk 2008, aku dah list beberapa azamS yang aku nak capai.2008...aku cabar kau..!!!mcam kl Menjerit pulok...hehehe.

water rafting - continue

16/12/07 - uLu sLim, pERak: at last, i have done another unique sport in ma life. very interesting. haha. demn a tiring sunday, but atleast, new frens and energetic activities made me sustain day long. the most interesting part is, i m the only one from malacca. others from KL. thanks guys, i the only one need a long journey after this activity. tapi bak kata kAOLA, 'bagus utk cuci otak ko'.aha. well done to maself. it a long journey actually. from thursday until tiring sunday...not really sunday la, dah masuk early monday morning pun. kalu ada lagi this kinda activityin future, i really love to join...can't wait for it...jom jalan2,segalanya ada diMalaysia...

darah tinggi & high cholestrol

result for medical check up dah kluar.on one side, i was not suprised at all, but the other side....hmmm.aku dah agak on the high blood preassure, but not high cholestrol.mkn aku jaga, slalu bersenam etc still dapat high cholestrol.

for all my frens out there, life healthy...work healthy...act healthy...

11/12/07, selasa - perGH down gila hari ni.kena reject...kui3.tapi actually aku dah biasa kena reject.but for his time around, rasa a bit frustrated.sometimes in life, we have to admit what ever happened. yes, it's difficult, but you own your life.make a good use of it and nJOY!ape r aku nih.tiba2 jeh jadi camni.mungkin dah sampai seru DIA.i m trying to comfort my ownself.sape lagik nak tenangkan aku kan.aku la kena tenangkan diri sendiri.btw, to koALA, maybe betul la, aku ni tak sweet.hahaha.kasor gila ada la.nanti aku rendam dalam gula satu karong,bg sweet lebih sket.

water rafting

16/12/07 - ulu slim: now is the time for me to have some fun and adventure in liFE.liFE have been in a straight line quite sometimes. hopefully that i can enjoy maselF this weekend. strugling to get place to join this activiti. and at last, yesterday they called me and told me that i can join!!!ahA...dah lama tak buat benda2 yang adventure nih. and the best thing is, this is ma first time buat water rafting.mayb that is y excited sgt. kalu ada pic taken at the event nanti, aku upload kat sini...tapi, mana ada org amik gambar time rafting.hehe...
hidup ini hanya sementara, kita nnnJOYYY!!!!
